Return Policy
The Noli Shop will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of order fulfillment. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items purchased from the sale collection are final sale can only be or returned for store credit.

Exchanges
To start an exchange, please visit our return portal.
For returns, please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse team to process and approve the return once it is received.
If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.
During the exchange process, you will have the option to select an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for your return to be shipped back and received before selecting a new item. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 15 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 15 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).
Returns for Store Credit
To start a return for store credit, please visit our return portal.
For returns, please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse team to process and approve the return once it is received. Once your return is approved, store credit will be available instantly to use on any purchase sitewide. Store credit never expires and can be used towards any purchase.
Returns for Refund
To start a return for refund, please visit our return portal.
For returns, please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse team to process and approve the return once it is received. Once your merchandise is approved, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your banking institution.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, your return for refund will be subject to a $9 processing fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

What do I do if my order is missing an item?
We do our best to ship your order in full. However, in the rare case that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund you for any missing items. If you believe there was a discrepancy with your order, please reach out to us at noli@thenolishop.com
What happens if my return is not accepted?
If your return is rejected, we will reach out to you directly to let you know and offer to either donate the garments on your behalf or to ship your package back at your expense. Returns are rejected for being worn, missing tags, fabric damage, etc.
The Noli Shop reserves the right to revoke return privileges at any time.
