All orders will ship up to 10 business days from our warehouse in sunny Miami, FL. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Our warehouse operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 3pm EST. If you choose express shipping at checkout, we will consider your order as priority. However, please note that your order will still be subject to processing time which does not include weekends or holidays.
Unfortunately, order modification or cancellation requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

The Noli Shop will gladly accept full-price merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of order fulfillment. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only and cannot be returned for refund. To start a return, please visit our return portal.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, your return for refund, exchanges for a different item or store credit will be subject to a $9 processing fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. This fee does not allow sale items to be returned for refund.

To start an exchange, please visit our return portal.
For your convenience, we have an instant exchange policy in place. Once you select your desired exchange item, a hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 15 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 15 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s). This process is in place to ensure you receive your new item without having to wait for us to receive your original item, and guarantees that we do not sell out of your requested item.
